Day 01: Arrival in Chennai

Upon arrival in Chennai, meet & greet by our representative & transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Chennai

Breakfast & proceed for Chennai City Tour visit includes the Theosophical Society, Sri Parthasarathy Temple, Kalakshetra, the St. Mary's Church, Kapaliswara Temple, San Thomas Cathedral Basilica, Fort St. George and houses the Secretariat and Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu.

Day 03: Chennai –Kanchipuram- Mahabalipuram (70 km-1.5 hrs)

Breakfast & proceed for Mahabalipuram via Kanchipuram Around 70 km westwards of Mahabalipuram, Kanchipuram is referred to as sacred city of Hinduism. Kanchipuram today is an important place where people come to gain knowledge about Jainism, Hinduism, and Buddhism. You may visit temples such as Kamakshi Amman temple, Ekambareswarar temple and so on. Thereafter, continue towards Mahabalipuram. On arrival, check-in at t hotel.

Day 04: Mahabalipuram

Breakfast & proceed for sightseeing in Mahabalipuram. Also known as Mamallapuram, visit includes Krishna Mandapam. Dedicated to Lord Krishna, it is the world’s largest cave-cut Hindu temple. Also visit Shore temple.
The last attraction of the day is the Five (Paanch) Rathas. Also called the Paandava Rathas.

Day 05: Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry (100 km-02hrs)

Breakfast & proceed to Pondicherry by car, check-into the hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure or your own activities.

Day 06: Pondicherry

Breakfast & proceed for sightseeing in Pondicherry visit Sacred Heart Church, the Rai Niwas, and Sri Aurobindo Ashram.

Day 07: Pondicherry - Thanjavur (Tanjore 170 km-04 hrs)

Breakfast & proceed for Tanjore. En-route visit Chidambaram. This place of Tamil Nadu is known as for Lord Nataraja, the Cosmic Dancer. Visit Chidambaram Temple, also known as Thillai Nataraja Temple & continue your journey to Tanjore. On arrival in Tanjore, check-in at the hotel. After some rest, go sightseeing in Tanjore and visit the very well-known Brihadisvara Temple.

Day 08: Thanjavur – Trichy (65 km – 1.5 hrs)

Breakfast & proceed for Trichy or Tiruchirappalli. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for Trichy sightseeing visit Srirangam, located at a distance of around 5 km from Trichy.Here you visit Sri Ranganathaswami temple, which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and boasts of having one of India’s largest temple complexes. Also visit Tiruchirapalli Rock Fort, situated on the banks of the river Kaveri.

Day 09: Trichy – Madurai (130 km-02 hrs)

Breakfast & proceed for Madurai upon arrival check-into the hotel. Madurai. (Madurai is an ancient city with many temples, it derived its name from the divine nectar dripped from Shiva’s matted locks). After a little rest visit Meenakshi Temple and Mariamman Teppakulam. The Meenakshi Amman Temple comprises 14 Gopuram which enhances the beauty of this ancient holy place. This magnificent temple is dedicated to Goddess Parvati, the consort of Lord Shiva.

Day 10: Madurai - Rameshwaram – Madurai (175 km-03 hrs one way)

Early Breakfast & a daytrip to Rameshwaram for darshan at the Rameshwaram temple. If history is to be believed the island and the temple got their names from the event when Lord Rama worshipped Lord Shiva to gain penance when he was coming from Lanka, after killing Ravana. Return to Madurai.

Day 11: Madurai - Chennai

Breakfast & In time transfer to airport to board your flight for Chennai for your onward journey to your hometown.
